unfortunately this book is more of a brief than an actual book. it gives a very high-level review of what over thinking is and a few tools that might help with no real depth. no examples or exercises to try. the content is @30min of the 54 min book which is only slightly longer than the chapter titled other books by author that was 17 min long.
the AI voice was irritating and in the setting of overthinking and self help not the best choice as it did not create an emotional connection with audience.

This writing lacks any in depth information. It reads more like a blog post or school essay than a book. It’s clear that the author googled some basic information and used a free voice generator to create this publication.
