Important knowledge!

I appreciate this information so much! It is based on science and eye opening knowledge that most definitely will improve my life. It has already. The intimate connection of mind and body is obvious but often overlooked even by doctors. The importance of uniting everything and paying attention to the critical exchange and constant relay happening between the mind and body will improve anyone’s life who hacks into it.

Very useful information and positive attitude!

I loved learning in an easy-to-understand way, about the ways such things as nutrition, breathing exercises, pursuing active lifestyle interests and even immersion in cold water can have a profound effect on our mental health as well as our physical health!

Breathing is life!!

I really enjoyed this book! It pointed out key points to focus upon for a healthier life! Breathing thru your nose and out of the mouth, based on research, 5 in and 5 out is a simplified version that I was taught. I appreciate the 5 & 5! Efficient! And taking cold showers or baths also fascinated me! I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. So I look forward to this practice! Thank you!!
