struggle to finish.

This Is Very Helpful.

I have looked for answers to the self sabotage problem that I wrestle with far too much and for to long. This small item in size tops the many things I have already tried to get answers from. Or this is simply an outstanding, helpful, life changing piece of work. i will listen to this many more times to get all I can from it.

Perfect in cliff note fashion!

This book is a good guide in providing techniques to managing self-sabotage. If you’re in the mental health field—it’s a refresher. If not, it’s helpful in reconstructing thoughts.
