It’s a guide but not an intro
I really wanted to understand the sugar detox diet and really get onboarded. This is a great book but it is mostly recipes for a step by step, recipe by recipe guide to do this challenge 21 days

The information is great, the narrative a bit too slow and there’s no way to look 👀 at the recipes, no pdf to download!

Level; If there’s a step before beginner, it’d be that.
Recipes are the last couple chapters, hearing those read … instead of actually seeing them … waste of time for me.
This book may be helpful to any person that doesn’t ever research on their own.

Don’t waste your money
This book has almost no information, it’s like a grandma talking and giving suggestions without any science or research cited. The only cited reference is from WEBMD!! This book was a waste of my money.
