Great!

This book has many useful tools to choose from to cope with your anxiety. Alison Sepnora takes a holistic approach when it comes to anxiety. Alison does a really good job with the narration as I found her narration to be relaxing and comforting. This book does come with an accompanying PDF. I recommend this book for any anxiety sufferers.

Great read

This guide is well written! I have tried many of their helpful aids and they work. I suffer from anxiety and I’m working through it daily. This book has helped me a lot and I will recommend it to everyone.
