excellent for who is not really connected with their own body, have a lot exercices and explain the science behind it

Very practical exercises easy to implement immediately

I really like how very practical and very implementable (is that a word?) the work on this book is. It gives some explanations for how/why the activities work, but unlike many books, this one spends the majority of the time giving you tools to use immediately. It is one of the books I’ve most recommended to others.
