What is this audiobook about?

  • This audiobook provides adequate information on attachment theory which can be analyzed and dissected in many ways, but it is presented in its simplest form to highlight the complexities of interpersonal relationships between people. This can start ties between parents and children, friendships and of course, romantic relations.
  • Generally, there are four sides to attachment theory that most models use to define: Free, busy, disintegrating, and frightening.

Emotions do not just come from the sea, although they might feel that way. A thought is behind every emotion. A negative emotion therefore, is really only a symptom of negative thinking. We think we are badly treated and upset. We assume we could fail, and we are afraid. But few take the time to recognize the feelings that produce emotions. You can even fault yourself for feeling or blame others for producing the emotion, but do not make any real attempt at discovering the root cause of the emotion.
