I’m ready to lose weight!

Informative, but not always accurate

The narrator pronounces the word “binge” as “benge”, and since this book is about binge eating disorder, it’s hard to overlook.
There is good information in this book, however multiple times, the author equates being overweight to being unhealthy and slim/not overweight as healthy. I find this mindset extremely damaging overall, but especially in the context of eating disorders.

Extremely helpful and accurate!

This book has been extremely helpful and accurate! Although I’m someone who’s been there and done that, I believe that the insights in this book is extremely helpful, especially for those who wants to end their struggle with food addiction once and for all.

Informational but not helpful for me

I struggle with emotional eating and was looking for a book that will help me develop habit to stop binging and end my struggle with food; however, this book was more informative about the different type of eating disorders and body anatomy vs how to stop binging.
Not helpful for me, ironically I found myself binging after listening to this book it just gave me more anxiety.
