The title says it all

I took so much from this book, from the opening chapter through the end credits, that I owe a great debt to the author for the improvements in relationship my son and I will maintain for life. If you only hear one parenting book make it this one.

Amazing overview of Respectful&conscious parenting

Amazing overview of Respectful & conscious parenting. The perfect first book for parents. I love her voice, but a bit slow, recommend listening x1.10 speed.

It's useful if this is your first parenting book

It's a very easy read that you can easily manage to listen to on the go. The summary at the end is extremely helpful. The advice itself makes sense, but except for a few exceptions nothing totally new to me. But I have already read 2-3 parenting books that focus on the ideas of "listening to and accepting your child's feelings without judgement", and "be authentic by not lying to your child". Overall a good book though.

Great book but at times annoying performance

This books has given me so much food for thought but I really wish the author/narrator had refrained from ‘doing’ the children’s voices. So annoying!

Excellent!

I loved the ideas, the exercises, the approach... I think every person, no matter if they are not parents yet, should read this book. It would definitely help them to educate themselves.

So many useful tips

I feel like I need to read different sections of this every year. Really interesting listening about lying being a superpower, never would have even considered that!
