A daughter vanishes. Two rogues are paid a fortune to find her. It isn't enough.

When Gabriel Winter's daughter mysteriously disappears and is presumed dead, the wealthy whiskey baron seeks revenge. Having lived in Colnora during the infamous Year of Fear, he hires the one man he knows can deliver a bloody retribution - the notorious Duster.

Ride with Royce and Hadrian as the cynical ex-assassin and idealistic ex-mercenary travel to a mysterious old-world city filled with nobles claiming descent from the imperial aristocracy. Riyria's job appears easy: discover what happened to the missing duchess and, if she lives, bring her home... if not, punish those responsible. But nothing is simple in the crowded, narrow, mist-filled streets of Rochelle, where more than one ancient legend lurks.

Performed by Bradley Foster Smith, Danny Gavigan, Chris Genebach, Holly Adams, Neha Gargava, Marni Penning, Jon Vertullo, Wyn Delano, Andrew James Spooner, Jenna Sharpe, Nick DePinto, Christopher Walker, Michael Glenn, KenYatta Rogers, Jeff Allin, Terence Aselford, Ian Russell, Eric Messner, David Jourdan, Shawn K. Jain, Dawn Ursula, Andrew Quilpah, Ken Jackson, James Lewis, Nora Achrati, Julienne Irons, Ren Kasey, Stephanie Németh-Parker, and Yasmin Tuazon.

Every single Riyria a book that I’ve read is absolutely fantastic! You can’t help but fall in love with Royce and Adrian, and the adventures are always so exciting! The voice acting is absolutely amazing in the series! So excited for Drumindor to come out this year!!!

Adventures with Royce and Adrian are my favorite!

In this story we see Royce and Hadrian working together to solve a disappearance. We see how the author creates characters with depths and relationships with each other. The author ties this story in with the rest of their books, giving us more glimpses into the overarching storyline as a whole. Having read all the books by this author except Drumindor, I see how the author is filling in information not in the main storyline. The Rise and Fall of Empire was a great series. Thank you and this book fills in some of the gaps. At the same time as the author has stated if this particular series stands on its own.

I really like the characters and how they grow and develop throughout the stories and I'm not referring to the two main characters. Everyone grew and learned throughout this story and it gave us a story with meaning. Instead of just talking about somebody disappearing and trying to figure it out, we see what it's really happening. How people are treated and how different groups come together and in this case different races. And so many ways this mirrors the world we live in in 2025. All the wild we're seeing more of the bigger picture of what the author has created. I look forward to the next series because it will only expand this universe the author has created.

A well written story

So fun listening to another version of books I loved to read in the first place. I HATE how audible won’t allow people to simply rate books anymore.

Awesome

I Was very happy with the wonderful performance of the Dramatization team. Adrian and Royce are are a dynamic team that came to life in this excellent adaptation. So i would of bought this on the performance alone. I have enjoyed the Chronicle series extrenely and highly recommend both the Chronicle and Revelations series. This author weaves an intricate web that makes me want to listen this series over and aover again. I look forward to listening to his other works and maybe i will even be able to find them all in the enjoyable dramatization format.

A delightful last book to the series!

Narrator sounds flat and soulless.. regretted downloading the dramatized version, the non dramatized are narrated with so much more soul. Only Jenny’s narration was interesting

Good story, flat voice acting

I accidently bought this dramatized version instead of the original narration by Tim Gerald Reynolds. As opposed to Tim's narrations which have been absolutely amazing...

Narration makes unlistenable
