Publisher's summary

What happens when a trained fairy assistant becomes the very object she was meant to guide?

Contains all four books in the Dungeon Fairy series:

  • The Dungeon Fairy
  • The Dungeon Fairy: Two Choices
  • The Dungeon Fairy: Three Lives
  • The Dungeon Fairy: Four Days

All that Tacca GloomLily ever wanted to be since she was very little was a fairy assistant to a Dungeon Core. After her negatively portentous birth, however, she was never fully accepted by her superstitious peers and instructors at the Dungeon Assistant Preparatory School. Nevertheless, she persisted in her studies and graduated at the top of her class.

Unfortunately for her, the “hands-on” training she was supposed to receive from a mentor and his bonded Dungeon Core didn’t go the way she would’ve hoped. In fact, the stigma attached to her origins finally made itself known in the form of horrendously “bad luck”; the rotten part of her newly discovered luck was that it adversely affected Cores that she happened to be near, and not just herself.

What can a dungeon assistant fairy do when every Dungeon Core she gets near ends up being destroyed? Tacca had no idea, but a solution eventually presents itself - though it was one that she never saw coming....

This story contains Dungeon Core elements, such as dungeon construction and defense, LitRPG/GameLit mechanics such as character progression and stats. It contains no harems, sexual content, or profanity.

Great Entertainment

This book although fun was very thought provoking . such as who will we evolve as human spiritual beings. What if one day we could shape shift into very magical being that are the Supreme Beings of our own universes. what would we create? Great writing. Thank you Johnathan Brooks. I listened to you while gardening for a winery. You enhanced my day. Karyn

Slight spoiler alert, but the story is darn good... but I feel it needed...

an alpha or boss in areas... there were bosses as always, but it could've added a little. Otherwise, it is a totally fun set of stories.

I personally loved the story

I'm a bit disappointed you didn't have more voice variety, but not everyone can find a group to work with and I understand that.

if you are looking here to see if you should get the book or not the book in my opinion is really good, if you enjoy dungeons, fairies, adventures, aliens dimensional creatures, then this is the book for you.

I'm not going to say much so I don't spoil it for you, this book might take a while depending on your schedule but it's really good, I hope it brings you as much pleasure as it has brought me.

An amazing and unique story

I like that the Tacca was considered bad luck just because of where she was born. I also just knew that the invaders were the helliothroups. I now want to read the next book, which is not even done yet.

interesting twist on dungeon corew

really enjoyed this interesting twist on the dungeon core style, this drew me in as much as Dakota Krouts Divine Dungeon series. also I see what you did there author, really enjoying what's turning into a meta-series scattered across different smaller book series. Unfortunately I'm very well versed in those blue skinned six armed raiders so that twist didn't really hit me all that hard. can't wait to see how this series will tie in overall

Unique in the genre but has repetitive writing.

Great narrator, good story, lots of stats and levels though. My main complaint is that the writing often repeats: ex, something like "spent the night underground, in an underground cave." Nothing too major, It's just unneeded and distracting.
