About this listen

The Empire's plans have come to fruition. Duran has fallen, and with it the other city-states of Nehatra. Only the dungeon town remains safe, but for how long? While the leadership struggle to deal with the crisis, the dungeon dwellers watch on. As Doc continues to unlock new slime evolutions, Rowen deepens his bond with Milly, and the two experience much together. When the final attack begins, will Rowen and Doc stand with the townspeople? Why has Doc been framed for murder? Who is the traitor lurking in the shadows?

Everything comes together in this final, epic tale of dungeon glory. The chronicles end here, but the war, and the dungeon, have only just begun.

Great book

The events of this book flow somewhat quickly, however character development managed to keep up without an issue. With how events played out, I cannot wait to see how the series continues as the Goddess' wills are expressed. Especially the goddess of desire.

Hate her

I really hate Clare she only ever screws the dungeon. God she only dose things for her self. She is a piece of crap partner.

Good action, but it was disappointing in other ways

I especially dislike books that paint parents as buffoons and their children as “the smart ones”. It also painted the occult in a too-positive light for my taste.

stop reading here

it just becomes the worst stupid for no reason book ever. This is from the mind of a bad GM who just sucks at writing and players walk away from his table. just stop now.

Why?

I'm wondering why Facebook about dungeon diving has no dungeon diving in this book. it's mostly about girls doing girly things which I did not want, and more demons. I don't mind the story about the demons but the Tipsy Girly things don't make sense. I don't like that all the female characters are either conniving or brazen the maximum. this book is about giggling, fashion, pushy and conniving woman, and a little bit of storyline hey

Fine. Just fine.

I've fairly well enjoyed this series. But there are issues. Whoever edited them, or approved this as the final version of both text and audio, should be ashamed. There are so many errors and mispronunciations. Really throws me out of the story. The author has promise but needs to revise their work more before calling it done.

Maybe better?

Ok well three identically cute characters with identically evil sides, combat that seemed good at points but dragged on with filler that fell like they were just taking turns hitting each other with silly super powers. Character development that alternated between hammy and flat. An ending that was a literal deux ex machina.

And most unforgivable. A nearly complete departure from the dungeon based litrpg. I truly just want to hear a bunch of numerical mumbo jumbo while the book describes in pain staking systematic detail the dungeon expansion and leveling. Not all this saturday morning cartoon quality sexual tension.
