Story
Through her global consulting projects, keynote speeches, and work with thousands of leaders, Karen has seen first-hand how a pervasive lack of clarity strangles business performance and erodes employee engagement. Ambiguity is the corporate default state, a condition so prevalent that “tolerance for ambiguity” has become a clichéd job requirement. It doesn’t have to be this way.

This is a workbook. It should not be an audible
Would you try another book from Adele B. Lynn and Janele R. Lynn and/or Karen Saltus?
The activity kit is not readily available therefore this book was useless to me. It should not be an audio book.
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
There is no link to the Activity Kit that must be used at every turn with this audio book. It should be delivered to the device upon purchase of this book. Or at least there should be several references/reminders, like at the beginning of each chapter, to access the Activity kit at this site.... There could be a hyperlink or an email that delivers the access code to get the materials. Otherwise, this book is useless.
Any additional comments?
Please respond to this concern by sending me the Activity Kit/exercises access information.

Got lost - No learning
What disappointed you about The Emotional Intelligence Activity Kit?
Very Robotic. The book was for instructors and not for me. Waste of money.
What could Adele B. Lynn and Janele R. Lynn have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
Stop the generic words used for a book. Yawn.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
Robotic.
What character would you cut from The Emotional Intelligence Activity Kit?
All the activity stuff - that totally lost me.
Any additional comments?
Not as expected.

Loved it wish I had the printouts or handouts to follow along with the narrator. This was a lot of information to grasped without visual aids, very deep.
