Great read

A whole new meaning to having a gut feeling!
Have you ever wondered if something's amok in your gut? This brief audiobook does a good job of making introductions between what ails you and the possible causes in your gut, which by the way starts in the stomach and ends at the butt. Written as a brief overview of broad topics ranging from the effects of the foods we take in, to the symptoms we experience, to diagnosis and possible treatments, this could very well point you in the correct direction in your efforts to discover why your body is misbehaving as it is.

I love how very informative this book is. Everything is explained in detail and is very easy to understand.

one of the most memorable moments I had while listening to this audio book is the time when I realized that some of the urban legends that I long believed are not really true. I feel relieved now that I know how to really take care of my gut.

What an eye opener..
I never would have associated my migraine headaches with my gut health. This book is very interesting to say the least. The author gives a list of ailments that stem from a leaky gut. She even gives dietary suggestions for correcting problems. Everyone with health issues from Crohn's disease to Eczema should listen to this book. The narration was also done very well. I requested this book and have decided to voluntarily leave my honest review.

I can relate to this in more ways than I originally expected. I have RA and I can see how this might be something that could help me. Very interesting information. Well worth my time and more. I do wish the charts and lists were available too.

Interesting
My gut is a story into itself. Slowly I am trying to get mine under control out out from under the surgeons scalpel. I will be putting some of the ideas from this book to the test and see if I can help my gut. I did not receive the proper handout when I downloaded the book, I was able to contact the writer through the narrator and did get the proper material.

Pretty basic
I didn’t really learn much. My main issue with it is that the reader just says, “list of anti inflammatory foods below.” Um below where? Isn’t this an audio book or am I suppose to buy the book also? Isn’t it common sense to read the below since this is an audio book that is already super short? May want to fix this :)

A great starting point for a healthy lifestyle.
I enjoyed this guide thoroughly. While this alone is not the full guide, it does offer enough information to get started on the right path. I am looking forward to using some of these tips to try to get healthy.

Great Book
This is a great book for those who want to start living a healthy lifestyle. I get migraine headaches at times and I never would have thought that my gut would have had anything to do with them. The narrator did a great job. I highly recommend this book.

Actionable information on gut health
I have read health audiobooks close to 20 hours long which were less helpful than this short listen. The author condensed the issues and information down to the most part dentils elements and just delivers the goods. Many could learn from her efficient economy.
If you are looking for someone to tell you that there is a medication to take and that you needn’t change any of your eating habits, you will inevitably be disappointed with this audiobook. The poor reviews that I read made me think we were listening the two different books.
This is succinct, well organized and presented, actionable information about your gut health. Give this advice a month. Your toilet will thank you.
