The narration is too robotic. She uses pauses in improper places and there is no emotion. The writing is strange and sometimes doesn’t make sense.

I did not feel engaged. The reader sounds very monotonous. I didn’t finish listening. I don’t recommend it, thought it’s not the worse book I have ever read.

Sounds like a robotic translation. Many times inserting incorrect words in a sentence that are nonsense. Example - decoy instead of delay. This should be a serious book. Shame.

The audio of this book is awful. It sounds like it was either not written in English and then was very poorly and sloppily translated.

I love to learn while I'm on the road, but this book nearly put me to sleep. I even tried to speed the rate of the narrator but could not get through it.

I was expecting a more concrete cleanse complete with steps to follow as well as a time frame recommended to complete these. The book refers to a vague time period to perform the emotional cleanse, even specifying what activities should be avoided during such cleanse. However, the emotional cleanse seemed more as tools that can be used when needing to regroup and ground oneself. Also, I couldn’t listen to this reading for long stretches because the recording was very robotic like and lacked feeling. I did learn some tools that I can use when I’m feeling overwhelmed though.
