Eat more naturally is the point

While I appreciate the research and information contained herein, eat more naturally and close to the earth is the answer. I appreciate that the recommended food groups and diet are evidence based, and the PDF they refer you to at the beginning is 72 pages of a wealth of knowledge.

Very informative, but buy the book

Loved this audible book, but he references a PDF that is not provided, so you will need to buy the book anyway. The PDF provided is only of Chapter 9 recipes.

Helpful Book

Educate & remind about eating healthy for mind and body. Love this book and highly recommended not only for someone who has depression and anxiety. I can reread or listen again this book so to remind me about eating healthy for mind & body. Five Stars!

A work full of love, information and encouragement

This book is informative and helpful. Often times it can feel hopeless but as you go through the science in this book you can hear that there are actionable steps that aid in feeling better. The writer is so good at giving steps that are sustainable and useful for progress.
