Body transformation

The easy lifestyle choices of the programme i find appealing. Eliminating grains,legumes, sugars and processed food and eating the foods I enjoy already of meat, fowl, fish, eggs, vegetables , seeds and nuts for a healthy nutritious diet without the addictive sugar cravings or processed snacks. Also natural exercise to keep active and mobile without injury or time consuming over excursion programmes. The lifestyle changes seem perfect for me now I’m in my fifties I wish I had known a lot of this information at a younger age.

A Summary

I've read the Primal Blueprint, as well, by the same author and narrator. This book is much of the same information, but is more of a summary. I use it for quick reference. It condensed the data from the Primal Blueprint into a rundown of the most important information and provided a straight-forward listing of action items to get started on resetting the body to be fat adapted. It just as good as the Primal Blueprint, it's just in a more condensed format. Both books are equally important, but have different uses. For a detailled scientific study on Mark's primal concepts, read the Primal Blueprint. For a more straightforward guide, quick reference, or primer to the lifestyle, read The 21 Day Total Body Transformation.

It works!

I did this and I lost the weight and enjoyed eating right along. It was shockingly easy. I never felt hungry or deprived.

Please redo with a new narrator.

The book was great and full of useful knowledge, but the narration was unbearable. The author as narrator would be a vast improvement.

Great book!.....A less intense Paleo option!

I am a big fan of Mark Sisson's work. It is definitely advocating the paleo lifestyle however Mark is great about reminding the reader/listener to enjoy life as well.

need the transcript

I own this audio book and the actual print copy. they make the text available for download from the website which is awesome. Given that this is a Hands-On application book and not just Theory, you really do need the text to read through study take notes and apply. The audio version is a great supplement to listen to in your spare time or when driving to keep yourself on track, but I can't imagine following this program with the audiobook only.

fantastic book read over and over againand again

need to read this so mamy times to get it and then read it again. pick it up every 3-6 months. you cannot go wrong with what's said its so basic its easy!!
