BEST ADVICE - COVERS ALL AREAS!
This has, by far, been the BEST self improvement book I’ve bought to date! The Pursuit of Self Improvement, covers so many different areas. Even areas I I didn’t expect for the author to touch on. With including so many different areas, the chances to improve your well being for long term self improvement are very good!
I highly recommend reading this book. Also, I’d have a journal, notebook or pen & paper handy too!

It was ok.
This was geared toward people who are working a desk job from home. Im sure its very helpful if you fall into that category, but most people do not.
