This totally changed my mornings!!

Honestly you think you know how to take a shower right? But trust me you’ll be shocked to find out there is a whole method and set of strategies you can use to transform a simple shower into a life changing routine. One thing to be aware of is that the author went through cancer. Many of us are needing to find ways to increase self care. She’s actually researched in science everything even the temperature you use to increase the benefits to your nervous system. Who knew the way you take a shower could actually heal you in many ways? I know for me it has helped me get back on track in my mornings as well as with depression. The author is really inspirational and she has a way of taking simple things and making them become transformative. I just finished her other book the Sleep Habit. That’s another game changer! Love the narrator too. What an enjoyable listen!

Love This

Thank you for this book. I have switched from a day office job to a night job and my mornings have been a mess instead of an opportunity. This clear cut plan helps me to find the direction and plans to get back into an organized life with a plan. Thank You.
