Very useful audio book

This audio book by Alexandra Hayes has a quite a bit of useful information on how screens effect quality of sleep and some quick tips helpful in staying away or reducing the usage of screens for better sleep hygiene regime. It is a difficult yet worthwhile practice. Well narrated by Matthew Kwiecinski.

Cell phones are a huge detriment to a good rest.

Don’t listen before bed

This is more an essay about sleep quality and rituals than anything else. The format is very dry, with direct quotes with varying sound quality, a bit drastic a change with high quality headphones. Overall informative and a bit unpleasant, because the audio quality was irregular.
