Peace is personal!

This book has such a refreshing take on food and, most importantly, one's relationship with food. I'm excited to incorporate the idea of finding peace in my own way into my life.

We need more content like this is the world!!!

i appreciated the different perspectives Shana gives us in this book. I loved her shame-free examples and passion for getting facts out there!
