The pace of this audiobook is soothing and lends itself to calm reflection. The listening experience is soothing but at the same time it presents a practical guide to better meditation practices. Tibetan Meditation: Deepening Meditation is a great introduction for anyone interested in meditation as well as a tool for developing the practices of those who already meditate.

Clear calm voice, I loved this segment so much that I bought the book, & it is simply amazing!
