A must read!
If you care about your health, you must read this book. With the changing landscape of our healthcare system in America we all must take responsibility for our own health. Medical Scares everyone should be aware of
Have listened to this several times and am impressed with new discoveries each time.
Doctors order tests to cover their kiesters even when not warranted and boy do these tests bring in the cash!
Same goes for prescriptions but who follows up to tally the damages and deaths caused by them?

first half of book is rough but 2nd half is a must
the book is split in two parts. the first half is repeating sentences of why your doctor is wrong about mostly everything. The 2nd half is the real helpful information. I really had to power through the first half but the 2nd half of the book is incredible and extremely informative. definitely a must read.

The best book on nutrition so far-a MUST READ!
I've read dozens of the most recent books on health, nutrition, chronic disease prevention & treatment. Unbelievable truths
Dr. Davis has revealed unbelievable truths that I believe could change health care as we know it if most people would abide by this step by step program. Change is hard; however, knowing that illness could be preventable is harder. I believe this is an excellent road map to health but all you need is discipline. I have witnessed 17 pounds of weight lost following along as I read the book.
The stories are very compelling. Looking forward to the follow up book/movie including the "undoctored" over time and I look forward to my continued success as I implement all recommendations. Thank you doctor!
