Where are the missing pages?
I don't know if the author monitors this site (?), or if anyone from Audible can do anything about this issue, but I would like to know WHERE are the missing pages in the pdf? I have finished 'reading' the book and now would like to put it into practice, but I can quite plainly see that not all of the recipes from the book are provided in the pdf.
Why is this, I wonder? ....???? I paid for this book. why am I not allowed to have access to it in totality?
I have joined a 10-Day Wheat Belly group on Facebook and will pose this question there as well, but thought I would share it here as well (just in case anyone is 'listening').

Wheat and grain disrupt your body
Wheat and grains that we eat today are very different from those produced for our grandparents and great grandparents. They are dangerous in our diets. Stop eating them and you will discover how much better you feel. This book dives deeply into that.

Great low carb refresher
Great for starting low carb/clean keto or as a refresher
Only recommendation is that Appendix B is not on the PDF and it’s referenced a few times and Appendix A is missing pages.

Very important information
Before reading this book, I'm already familiar with some of the things since I've embarked this food intake transformation journey since a few years ago. so I can say that there are many important points people can learn if they especially if they are at the beginning of discovering the impact of changing our food intake. the only thing I would have preferred is less repeating description on the benefits of the whole concept, it felt as if I was being convinced and sold this over and over again. Perhaps this is effective to convince people who have not experienced the life changing things from this change.

missing pages in pdf
If you could sum up Wheat Belly 10-Day Grain Detox in three words, what would they be?
book was great but when you go to pdf to print diet and recipes it only prints every other page so you do not have all the recipes

An absolute life changer
Of course we’ve been lied to for profit and control. It makes perfect sense.
Great book.. I just finished listening for the first time and I’m going to listen once more before I start my detox. Wish me luck!
