Easy for me to understand! Tons of information!!

Amazing amount of information, very thorough
If you’re not convinced to change your diet after reading or listening to this you never will be. I was looking for more info and I found it. Lost 20 lbs and 2-3 inches in waist in about 45 days and feel awesome. Amazing. About to try a few other things he mentions.
