Enlightening!
This book has convinced me to try a form of winter swimming. I have already been taking cold showers for two years but after listening to it, I think I need to try whole body, immersion in cold water.

Really enjoyed this book!
Having taken on winter swimming over the last few months, this book helped me understand more of the benefits and some risks I had not considered. I also enjoyed learning that many people around the world embrace winter swimming as something positive in their lives.
