First day hire PowerPoint voice

Lady who narrates this is the same exact voice from the “Sexual Harrassment on the Job”PowerPoint you have to begrudgingly watch every time you’re a new hire. Content is helpful but my god find another narrator.

Everything that I needed!

I loved listening to this book! The way each personality trait was broken down and explained was very helpful. I loved the practical examples of how each party could be thinking and ways to solve issues. Thank you!!

Very outdated, unrealistic and overdone examples of coworkers

Not accurate or helpful just very poorly written. From the 80s - no longer relevant. Poorly done
