One of the best
I bought this audio book because I want to do yoga myself and without the help of a coach. I was able to study the breathing technique, as well as some exercises. It's convenient that there are images and I was able to quickly learn how to do the exercises correctly. Also, important is to know what to eat. This is a good guide for beginners, such as myself.

It is very step by step on earning your body and how it works and You really do get a lot out of this book. I think it is a very good starter for anyone looking to learn their body as well as lose weight. And be happy with every part of your life. That part doesn't always come easy for anyone. So please listen this audio book and learn a little something you didn't know before hand. I'm really interested in learning about yoga and do not really afford to take classes, this is such a great option. The book was informative and helpful and felt like I was learning through a friend. It was a simple listen and tens of great data. A great book for anyone thinking about starting a yoga.

An excellent overview of yoga in one book. I love all the the topics this audio book .I suggest any one can use this audio book because its not just for beginners. Very Helpful Guide
I am a weight lifter and very inflexible so this has been a great addition to my physical health and fitness. The flow of the routine is great explains each step very well. I tried the energizing flow once so far and I wouldn’t say it was easy for a first timer but I was able to complete it. Definitely worth the value! Highly recommend this audio book.

Packed with useful information.
Yoga really is for everyone from the young to the old. Yoga can help with mobility, weight loss & toning, back & breathing issues, focus, and relaxation.
There are so many forms and modified poses in Yoga the possibilities are endless.
These books really touch on everything a beginner needs to know.
Now I know what benefit my body is really getting from certain poses and how it effect's my chakra's. I would recommend this bundle to anyone interested in gaining benefits from Yoga.
