About this listen
Forty-five minutes of yogic sleep can feel like several hours of regular sleep. Two-in-one meditation with 432 Hz music and a free bonus meditation without music.
This 60-minute Yoga Nidra deep relaxation meditation is ideal:
- If you didn't sleep well
- If you are looking for a deep relaxation after a stressful day at work
- If you'd like to manifest an intention/longing or lessen your anxiety
- If you're looking for physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- If you'd like to feel rejuvenated
- Or if you want to get a boost of energy to tackle your day
Yoga Nidra allows you to experience a deeply relaxed daydream state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. This meditation will guide you through eight steps: intention setting, sound, body, breath and thought awareness, creative visualization, gratitude, and surrender.
Your entire body, mind, and nervous system will gently get guided to a coherent state of deep relaxation, as your brain-wave activity will lower to alpha, delta, or theta brain frequencies, triggering the relaxation response and the functioning of your nervous and endocrine system.
If you allow your mind to calm and your body to let go, you should come out from this Yoga Nidra deep relaxation session with a sense of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, feeling relaxed and well-rested, at peace, and rejuvenated to master your day.

Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

Story
The secret to happiness is to acknowledge and transform suffering, not to run away from it. Here, Thich Nhat Hanh offers practices and inspiration transforming suffering and finding true joy. Thich Nhat Hanh acknowledges that because suffering can feel so bad, we try to run away from it or cover it up by consuming. We find something to eat or turn on the television. But unless we’re able to face our suffering, we can’t be present and available to life, and happiness will continue to elude us.

Detailed guidance and deep relaxation
This is a quite wonderful introduction to Yoga Nidra practice. Ms. Porterfield provides a gently humorous and comprehensively detailed guide to taking your consciousness throughout your body and systematically relaxing all its parts as the mind melts within. Ms. Pada's narration and the accompanying 432 Hz soundtrack are soothing waves that carry you along the journey into greater mind-body awareness, relaxation and union. The book also comes with a bonus track of just the guided meditation.
