Working with pure awareness
Wonderful guided walk into equanimity. Leaves me with balance and clarity and calmness. Nice tool to use when I experience the “friction” or confusion of emotion. It leaves me standing in stability.

loving
a fascinating and deeply engaging yoga nidra by Richard Miller. I look forward to doing this practice many more times. he gives this ancient practice a psychological twist which, I feel, will be very helpful in daily life. he has a lovely voice too, clear and engaging, kind and calm, instilling confidence and trust.

Soothing
This is such a soothing nidra option. Gentle. Not particularly agitating the way some nidra can be as it loosens judgments and training and gets the body ready for healing. But it’s still really soothing and a great passive option for falling asleep. There are some good things on YouTube and in the calm app for sleeping. But nidra is particularly therapeutic and Richard miller is the man! I’m nidra certified and a yoga instructor who incorporates yoga nidra. I learned about miller’s approach to ptsd for veterans during my training and read his book and love his audio book. I was grateful to find this recording for such a low price and have listened to it a lot recently. This and Wayne dyers staying on the path spoken are very soothing male voices for nap time. Colin tipping radical forgiveness is another soothing male voice but a bit intellectual or involved for sleep although it’s good for active napping or midday meditation.
