The best, the best, the best!

Her voice is very soothing; each chapter is different…the guidance is both somatic and meditative. It calms my body and my mind and takes me away to a most relaxed state. It both helps me to sleep and makes me quiet and peaceful. It’s my absolute number one.

phenomenal

i play this at 0.85x speed & i’m out cold in less than 10 minutes, and sleep thru the night. if i do wake up i just play it again.

i’ve tried a LOT of yoga nidra and similar audios, and this narrator has the absolute best voice of all, very soothing, tender, nice even tone, caring, friendly, loving. and like i said, 0.85x speed is the magic bullet.

every chapter is an entirely different meditation, but they’re all irresistibly hypnotic. i haven’t heard any chapter all the way thru though, because i’m happily in dream land.

Best sleeping, audible book

It’s so good I’ve been using it for the last four years to get sleep easily. If you could give it 100 stars I would.

Bye-bye Insomnia!

This is one of the best guided meditation/yoga nidra audio books I have found on Audible. The narrator was excellent (soothing voice with all the right intonations) and she was the main reason why I chose this particular yoga nidra book.

Although I would prefer a couple of meditations that would be longer than 20 minutes, the ones provided in this book do the trick. Also, the meditations are all much the same, so I don't know why they would do 3 hours of only 20-minute segments.

I found it helpful to put the sleep timer on *end of chapter* so it wouldn't play for the entire length of the book. Also, Audible needs to STOP TAGGING the end of meditation books with their stupid *Audible hopes you're enjoyed this book* It is harsh & unwelcome for the end of a sleep series!!!
Even with my criticisms, listening to these tracks was deeply restful & they greatly improved my quality of sleep. Thank you!

Great for insomnia

Perfect voice, just the right balance of guidance and silence and a great way to stop the “anxious about not sleeping” viscous cycle of insomnia.

Extremely effective

Yoga Nidra can be a wonderful practice to incorporate into a bedtime routine. It has been extremely useful for me. I’ve used other Yoga Nidra practices, but this one is catered especially for preparing the body for sleep. I suffer from insomnia, and I teach yoga. This has been so helpful that I want to borrow some of the gems to bring to my students.
