Breathe
This is a great book for conquering anxiety. It’s so hard to get through the first time if you have strong anxiety but keep listening - it’s worth it. She does use a lot of anxiety examples so if you are easily trigged you may want to meditate before listening

Half way through it & its been so helpful already!
I've only listened to half of it so far and its already been very helpful. Stand up to the beast of anxiety, tell it to bring it on and it loses all its power. It needs you to be scared to keep feeding itself. Take control and gain your power back!

Amazing
I follow Jodi Aman on YouTube and her videos are very helpful. Her book was amazing everything she said in the book resides perfectly with me. It help me to look at myself as a stronger person and very hopefully about me overcoming anxiety. Recommend this book 100%

Does a world of good
I read this book on Kindle when it first came out, but I knew I wouldn't be able to retain everything so I got the audio version as well. What's nice about this audiobook is that I can let these great ideas sink in a little more while I'm doing stuff around the house. The author's voice is very calming and it was interesting to hear her own inflection on her own work, like how emotional her voice was when talking about the letter to her 13 year old self. I missed that while reading it. The audio definitely adds a richness I didn't know I was lacking on the ebook.
Overall, I would recommend this to everyone. It has a very positive and encouraging, yet realistic and attainable message, and it's down-to-earth enough for a cynic like me. It's really helped me to remember to defeat anxiety by focusing on my skills. I can do that. Thanks, Jodi!

Incredibly helpful, practical, and encouraging
As somehow who has suffered with perfectionism related anxiety - this was a needed breath of fresh air, and it was very helpful to explain the tricks your mind plays on you. All in all - it's a great playbook to battle negativity that spins around in your brain, and helps you become a much better version of yourself and greatly reduce anxiety.

Struggling
I’ve been fighting anxiety most of my life not sure if I’ll ever get better but this book seems to make the most sense to me I’m gonna do my best to put some of these practices in motion and let’s see where it gets me God willing I’ll get through this after 30 years of struggle
