As a mother, this is an excellent tool to have when giving birth. I think all mothers should listen this so they're prepared if they go through PPD. They'll be assured that they are going to be ok and they really are not alone. It may even make the difference for someone regarding treatment. They may just need to listen this and feel relieved they will get through it. I'm glad this was spoke.
