Very Informative - Great Listen!

I've watched a few of the author's videos on YouTube and was unaware until just recently that he published a couple of books. Just like his videos, this book is very interesting, informative, and full of tips. I learned a lot and will be listening to more from him.

I recommend for any diabetic.

I recommend listening to this Audible to any diabetic or pre-diabetic. The author gives a step-by-step outline of how to live with and control this disease.
