About this listen

Discover the new and improved method to finally get to your healthier weight by design, not dieting without sacrificing good food, great company, and–most importantly–your health.

Do these statements sound familiar?

“I’ll start on Monday.”

“I’m never eating sugar again.”

“It’s Saturday–it’s my cheat day!”

If there’s one thing everyone seems to agree on, it’s that losing weight is difficult.

After all, we do need to eat. We need food for fuel, energy, and a dozen other health-related reasons. We nurture and repair our bodies with food. We get our nutrition from food.

We’re biologically coded to eat as much as we need to keep ourselves going. That’s an ingrained, pre-programmed survival instinct that is very, very difficult to fight…and it’s why starvation methods never work.

Evolutionarily speaking, survival is one of our top priorities, and we need food to survive.

The problem is that we don’t just eat to survive, do we?

Another thing we’re programmed to do is seek out pleasure and avoid pain like the plague. And, for most, eating a rich, decadent food dish bursting with flavor is a lot more pleasurable than eating steamed broccoli and rice.

We’ve associated “diet” or “limitation” with pain, and things like “burgers,” “cake,” and “ice cream” with pleasure. Of course we’re not going to make healthy food choices!

But, as Tony Robbins said: “Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.”

If the pain of weighing more than you ever have is starting to drag you down….

If the pain of being trapped in a binge-restrict-binge cycle is messing with your health….

If the pain of hating how you look and hating how you feel is starting to affect your mood every day….

Then this book is your chance at change.

Inside, you’ll discover:

  • What the Context Eating Method is – and its 3 foundational components
  • Where you really need to begin if you want to lose weight (hint: it may not be where you think!)
  • Four major triggers that may be the reason you overeat
  • Why saying, “It’s not my fault,” is basically saying, “I have no power” – and how this mindset can hugely impact your health journey
  • What automatic scripts are and how understanding them can help you lose weight
  • Discover the one simple habit you can put in place to naturally eliminate snacking or mindless eating.
  • A step-by-step guide to setting up a context eating meal plan that you can actually follow, week after week
  • Bonus: a bundle of context meal plan food inspiration and recipes
  • And much more

You might’ve already tried a dozen different diet trends, meal services, and fitness plans…each one leaving you feeling lost and frustrated. Now, you’re scared you’re doomed to live life on repeat.

This book isn’t a magic fix–it’s a practical guide. It’s your step-by-step manual to long-term sustainable weight loss, because taking it long-term is the only way that weight loss will stick.

Temporary results are not results! If you’re ready to achieve permanent weight loss, you’ve got to think long-term: Scroll up and click "Add to Cart" now!

Great options!

Context eating is a really great plan! Very realistic and thorough. Great resources and detailed plans as well as understanding your own mindset towards eating. Especially loved the who, what, when, where & why methodology!

Golden information!

The information conveyed in this book resonates 150% with where I am at with my eating habits. I love the narrator and the content of this book! It is exactly what I needed to help me with my relationship with food and eating habits. My favorite eating method mentioned is to only eat at the table. I am excited to try that and see how it will help me and my family with our eating habits! :)

Empowering!

First, the author's tone is amazing. She is engaging, funny and informative. I also love how encouraging she is. This book made me want to eat well and feel great! This is not a book that will make you feel guilty, but instead, it empowers you to make better decisions and take control of your health. The narrator also has a great voice for the material!

The eating Guide for Women

The Context Eating Method is made up of three main parts that work together to give you a full picture of how to learn and use better eating habits. The audiobook doesn't just talk about ideas; it also has steps you can take, like figuring out what makes you overeat, changing your thought habits, and making meal plans that are based on your situation.
Women will like how useful the audiobook is and how it shows them step-by-step how to make context-based meal plans that are both doable and long-term. Also, the bonus bundle of meal plan ideas and recipes adds to the value of the audiobook by giving fans tools they can use right away.

I don’t have to fast all day!

I love that the authors include meal plans and recipes! This really make it stick apart from other books like it. I absolutely love that it comes with a free PDF to help you really digest the information (no pun intended). I love that the author discusses how starvation methods never work. And although I do love intermittent fasting, the truth is is that it is hard for lots of people, and I simply couldn’t do it without coffee (no creamer, though). And many times, for many people, this just leads to binging later on in the day. Not good! I absolutely love this book and the fact that the authors give a powerful emphasis on mindset, paradigm, and compassion, which is such a breath of fresh air.

Thank goodness I found this book!

As one of those people who's been yo-yo dieting all their lives, I found this book just as I was going to embark on another diet. So tired of them, but it has become my lifestyle, which I realized after listening to this amazing book. From the first minutes, I recognized all my thoughts and behaviors, and as I was listening and doing exercises, I had a lightbulb moment. I don't have to diet anymore, I understand why I overeat, and I have a plan for moving forward with my life and not being obsessed with food, overeating, losing weight (only to gain it again), etc. Thanks to the authors and the narrator for this outstanding book!
