I got halfway through the book before I stopped listening. The use of inappropriate synonyms is so prolific that much of the material sounds like nonsense. At the halfway point, I still had received no dietary advice.

The perspective of ADHD as well as son of the information seems outdated and the book drones on about all the negative aspects of ADHD for half the book. I am in no position to validate pro or con this information, though from my other research it seems to miss the mark.

This book contains a nice introductory information about suspected connection between food and ADHD-like symptoms. The language used was hard for me to follow. I thought I was back in the Victorian era or with old ladies playing bingo.

I liked how short this book was and got to the point but there was a lot of medical terminology that would go over anyone's head and some very contradictory information. One second the author says avoid cheese at all cost and the next it says to eat high protein foods like cheese. I'm still very glad I listened to this book!

this is absolutely the most terribly written book I have ever listened to. grammar is horrible and there are all kinds of weird and awkward and inappropriate phrasings. don't waste your time or money on this title.

Terrible! No stories, no real world experiences, no solutions, only text trivial facts like “it’s not known if sugar causes adhd,”!! Unbelievable. Hopefully this guy isn’t a doctor but it wouldn’t surprise me. Halfway through a book on diet, and the only thing I head was flax seed. Disgraceful. Shameful. And another false step into subduing adhd.
