While mindfulness has helped me

While mindfulness has helped me, I appreciate the approach in this book to be more proactive, feel like I am DOING something about my anxiety, confronting it and challenging it even, to prevent the resistance/fear.

Easy to follow and effective.

The is incredible; the facility of the mind are often your solution to losing weight quickly and effortlessly. These affirmations will control what you think that even you'll control what you eat, what a wonderful book.

Great for Everyone!

This book was very insightful and motivating towards conquering panic attacks or anxiety. I never thought I would suffer from anxiety until I had to make life and career changes. I also purchased her audiobook which is AMAZING in conjunction with this book.

Great Resource

Most suitable for ladies and teenagers , Pin kola Estes tells soothing, empowering stories that seamlessly glide from one to subsequent . The stories, supported fairy and folk tales, are fascinating. Pin kola Estes paints scenes so vividly, that the troubles of the day fall away and you discover yourself comforted, relaxed, and primed for sleep.
