Good for women but not for men

I was tempted into buying this audiobook by its attractive title. I never expected, however, that I had to imagine myself to be a woman in order to force myself to finish almost half of the audiobook. You know why? It's totally written for women!!! As a man myself, I found this book totally irrelevant and have stopped listening completely. Nobody's fault but I deem this a waste of my hard-earned money. Can anyone tell me whether Audible allows us to return (or trade-in) audiobooks we find to be money-wasters so that we can instead buy the other more interesting Audible titles? All said, women may find it interesting. Well-read by Karen White.

    Good Summary of Psychology

I read this book before I attended a course on physician burnout presented by the author. This book was clearly written for women but the principles discussed were appropriate for men as well. It was a good book with many summaries of other psychologists' ideas. My only criticism is that many of the chapters blended into each other. Overall a good read.

    The title speaks for itself.

A good book. Simple, anf easy to listen.
Although analogies are great, the author could be more direct to explore certain insights .
