Excellent guided meditation.
This short audio book is a guided meditation. I tried it and really could feel the power of meditation right away. Even only five minutes into it, I felt the effects. Towards the end, I was feeling transcendent. I'm a skeptic of meditation, but now can begin to understand the benefits.

Passage to Nondual States
Goldstein and his audio books have been one of my great teachers. I strongly recommend learning from audio rather than reading. With great teachers, so much of the equanimity is conveyed through the voice, a quality you cannot absorb from the written page.
After some years of meditation practice, I use this guided meditation when I am particularly anxious or agitated, and it can quickly take me out of myself and return me to a feeling of connectedness with and non-separation from the universe. It brings me calm and a meta-awareness. Thank you, Joseph.
