great book for beginnners

Gave really good information on how the brain works and how to avoid over eating. Very interesting book. I never have a diet book that gave the information on the brain like this one does,

FRESH AND SUPPORTIVE

I love the author’s approach to this topic. The author is accessible and her ideas in Eating Solution are fresh, supportive, and joyful. You can’t beat that combination especially regarding food, something many of us have a complicated relationship to. The author's clear explaining style helps illuminate ways to make life itself delicious -- by savoring it, food is not an issue for self-battle or guilt, but ease and serenity. Strategies here are like a secret door; push steadily and a gentle, intuitive world awaits.

fresh up

This book is an absolute must have. Its an easy to understand, quick that literally has the power to change your life. I really enjoyed learning how to break the cycle of mindless overeating, followed by guilt, followed by more mindless eating. Highly recommend, buying a copy for a friend!

eat play and love

This book was truly life changing, I enjoyed every page and every chapter! What I liked most about it was it was an easy , meaning, it didn't read like a text book, it is like a helpful guide. I have been studying Mindful Eating for over a year, and this book truly tied all of my learning together and clarified a lot in one spot. A MUST have

inspiring

This is a must guide. I've struggled with binge eating my entire life. Wish I would have known this much sooner. She makes so much sense. I knew what to eat and what not to eat, but now i know how to not sabotage my diet. I highly recommend anyone who has struggled with weight issues and binging, dieting, etc.,have it. You will be glad you did.

newly published book

In this day and age everyone has a weight loss book. What sets this book apart from others is, I would actually eat the recipes! I am a picky eater and this book still helped me shed a pound or two. There's no skipping meals and amazingly easy recipes to follow. I've already lost two pounds and I've got the energy to back it! This book is short and sweet most of the time. Strangely enough like talking to a long-lost friend. While most diet books seem authoritative this book is non threatening. I am looking forward to living a healthier lifestyle.

'nice boook

This book has made such a huge impact for me. I have dealt with binge eating most of my life. I felt like the victim against my food cravings. After years of trying to control/fix my problem with Overeacters Anonymous, counseling, diet plans, and even hypnosis...I finally found something that clicks for me. This book gave me a whole new insight to how my brain works and how to overcome those cravings. I finally feel like I have power/strength to develop a healthy relationship with food. I am forever grateful for this book
