Very relatable!
I’ve been on this cold journey myself for a couple of years and could relate to so many things the author talked about. I also follow some of the same people he included and I’ve been inspired by them as well. This book has also got me thinking about my journey / story and thinking of ways I can better share it. Well done and thanks for the inspiration!

More than a categorical “self help”
Jason writes as if you are in the room with him, having a drink, and discussing the finer points of a mid-life crisis. But the book is not limited to that. It delves into life, the mental and physical, and of course…. Cold plunging (or ice bathing - whatever terminology makes you happy). And if his encouragement to begin your cold journey weren’t enough, the reader is then treated to numerous stories by contributors about their journey’s to cold, life, and the passion to keep going when life feel bleak. This is primed to be the new “go to” for anyone looking to get into cold plunging or just starting out. It is well worth the read or listen. Happy plunging!

Dive into thrills and chills with 'Cold Feat' 🥶
Holy cold water! "Cold Feat" is a wild ride into the icy world of plunges that's too cool to miss.
Jason's storytelling? Total game-changer. I was totally hooked, man. Listing to the whole thing in one go!
Seriously, listening about Jason's frozen escapades even got me to take my first plunge - with headphones on, still listening to the book. Bad ass!
I mean, who knew a book could be a hype-man for chilly challenges?
But it's not just about the cold splashes. This book's got some deep stuff too. Jason spills about the mental and soul gains from tackling the freeze head-on. His ups, downs, and everything in-between? Totally relatable.
10/10 would recommend this easy to read/listen book that’s highly inspirational.

Ice baths: where shivers meet self-discovery
I was completely captivated by Jason Donnelly's insightful exploration of midlife crisis and its unexpected connection to cold bathing in his book. The way he intertwines personal experiences, psychological depth, and the practice of cold bathing is truly remarkable. Donnelly's voice is like listening to a friend on the phone, giving non judgmental advice while cracking jokes about his own different journey. Great listen!

"Best cold bathing book out!" - Jason Donnelly
If you’re considering ice bathing or just want to hear an incredible experience about it and possibly some tips for the future, this is the book to get. I know the guy who wrote it. He's very fun. And attractive. And humble.
