Very Applicable

De-Stress? Yes, by Olivia Bloom, is a fantastic book dealing with the topic of stress, which is something that we all face daily. I think a lot of the book focuses on the solution to stress, which the author describes as our attitude toward life. I completely agree with this thought. The old saying of is your glass half full or half empty really dictates how you feel towards life in general, which dictates how much stress we are experiencing. She discusses meaningful ways to deal with stress and attitude, and it first starts with excepting that we all have stress and then gives many ways of how to deal with it. From simplifying your life, keeping yourself healthy, making goals, stopping putting things off, and generally just taking care of yourself, she gives us many remedies to help reduce the stress in our life. The narrator is easy to listen to, and the topic is straightforward. I think we can all apply these stress-reducing techniques to our life.

Very Glad That I Came Across This Book

I am very glad that I came across this book. I've been dealing with stress and the fatigue that comes with it day in and day out. This is both on the personal and job related side of things. While I have been proactive in dealing with this problem even beforehand, this book has helped to shed some new light on what can be done to help remedy stress and offers new perspectives on these various options. I hope to apply all that I have from this book to my daily life.

Impactful audiobook!

This made me feel like I'm not alone

This book is amazing. At first it feels like the author is going through every stressful situation imaginable, but if you continue listening you'll find out that showing stress and how it effects so many of us makes you feel not alone. The strategies given are so helpful, they helped me manage my first flight on my own. The techniques taught are easy and purposeful and this book helped me so so much. The narrator has a soothing voice that calmed me by just listening. I highly recommend this for anyone struggling with anxiety or stress.
