SO INSPIRATIONAL!! A MUST READ

Wow wow wow! What a book! This book takes you step by step on how to create and build habits to become your best self and live your best life! This is definitely a book you can continue to go back to whenever you need a refresher! I got this book and finished it within 2 days! Because I could not put it down! Both audio and Physical one! I recommend to Buy one for all your friends and family!

Revolutionizing women’s health and fitness

WOWWW. This book has actually changed my life. I have never written a review before. This is the first time in my life I’m like ACTUALLY viewing health and fitness as like a life long journey. Krissy helped me see that it’s not about a quick fix, or a 40 day challenge like this is for life. I’m not training for vacation or summer or for a certain body, I’m training bc it makes me feel so strong and beautiful (internally) and when you view it more as a life long journey you don’t feel like crap or down on yourself when you enjoy the occasional sweets or drinks and you don’t restrict and binge. I’m in this for life and there are components of my life that make me happy as well, that Krissy would never tell me to cut out (occasional sweets, in-n-out, CARBS, drinks with friends)! Thank you Krissy for being realistic and for changing the way I view my health. Thank you for teaching me to cherish and prioritize MYSELF. I TRULY BELIEVE YOU WILL CHANGE THE WORLD!
