Like everything about it.

Everything you need when it comes to obtaining everything it says in the title in a completely compact informative 5 hours and 17 minutes course, I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone who wants/needs to get their health on track and feel better about themselves

I'll admit

I'm excited ! I dropped a lot from my diet but have not seen results that I wished would have followed. I'll be challenged but motivated to drop my sugars to find rewards that sound like my results will clearly be visible.

Secret to "real" health

The courses short segments are more conducive to learning for me personally and Instructor Bahl does not use any unnecessary wording. Great job. Very good instructor that draws on personal experience to supplement scientific research.

Wow! I really like this book!

Wow! I really like this book! Well done! I bought this book for my sister (age 64) b/c she was steadily gaining weight over the last few years and feeling miserable about it. After listening to it , I was impressed with the research and I then sent the book to my sister . She began the program immediately and in 2 months she tells me she has lost 11 lbs. and is feeling so much better. She doesn't feel at all deprived by the fasting regime. I can't wait to see her. Amazing book! Like to have it!

I love this cookbook

I love this cookbook. I use it frequently and when I do people are wanting to buy one too. I usually give it as a gift. The Intermittent Fasting recipes are really appreciated. Thank you for publishing this book. Well i love it !

Love love love this book. I'm not a cook. By any sense of the imagination. This book has provided with sensible staple meals that my family does not get tired of. Easy to make and delicious. My friend who suggested the book and I make meals and give each other feedback. We are both very happy with it. Justin Hart is the best! Well done!

Intermittent Fasting has the best tasting

Intermittent Fasting has the best tasting, healthy recipes, and the book is loaded with color photos. Every single recipe I've tried from this book is a winner. When I heat up leftovers at the office, coworkers swarm me - asking what smells so good. His Asian recipes have introduced me to new, inexpensive ingredients that add lots of flavor. Well i like it!
