Great wisdom and appreciate the insight! I will use this to help me as I am pulling myself out of losing a great job because of my own fears.

Intriguing book. Helpful resource. The wisdom and truths in this book are spot on. Heavy use of metaphors to convey points, which sometimes came across as a fantasy novel instead of a 'self help' book. The narrator's voice was distracting to me.

That was a super therapeutic hour and a half. I’m really pleased with the narration and the design of the book. Really helped me gain a better perspective and reminded me of the management of automatic thinking

To me, this was a succinct and elegant synopsis of cognitive behavioral therapy. I appreciated how it gave an accurate overview while using flowery language rather than dry description. For some reason, it has a low rating. Is it maybe an llm knockoff? Hard to believe, since the language isn’t hackneyed. Does Mr. Nguyen pay people to negatively review books with similar titles and covers? I’m confused.

Perplexed the rating is so low.

I found this reflected my mind and my emotions. I found clarity and an easy road map to making the changes that I need to make.

An Easy Listen

Author goes overboard with adjectives and elaborate use of unnecessary words and descriptions. Seems like he is writing poetry rather than helpful guide.

Horrible. Unlistenable.

There is nothing ground breaking in this book. I’ve read better self help books. Would not recommend.

Super basic

I’d rather rake leaves than listen to this woman speak about anything. I’d like this time back please. What a nightmare

God help me
