Eye Opening
A must read to learn how our health is being destroyed by company profits. I'm almost a month in to following the guidance and I've not felt this good in 20 years. My labs have improved and I've lost 12 pounds of body fat. that may not seem significant, but I'm a 6'1" male that weighed 195lb before I began this process. I work out 3-5 times a week and my endurance has improved while maintaining my previous level of strength. highly recommended for those who want to add years to their life and quality to those years.
