Why is it so hard to find the PDF
I am listening to this book however I haven't seen the PDF that she speaks about. Can someone pls make this easier to find when utilizing a iPad or even a iPhone. Also one thing I found is that she dosent explain why we can't use some spices for example tumeric. That's the only thing. Other then this I love this book and Hailey

Awasome book, I love Dr Haylie Pomroy's diets
I already read and follow The Burn and Fast Metabolic Diet and I had experienced great results and learned a lot about my metabolism and how it works. This book RX explains how every disease or condition is created and what we could do to restore health with food. I am ready for my next journey with this book's recipes and continuing loving myself

Best 9 Straight Hours Listened without a Break!!
I never thought in my 57 years I would pick out this book to read/listen to in a million years! But something just caught my attention, not so much the title because I've never read anything unabridged that pertained to Self Help etc: books. What did catch my attention was the fact you were up in the categories of not only this book being on The New York's Best Seller's list, but you also have several Self Help/Mind/Body Healing Books on there too. I thought to myself who deals with Chronic Pain on a 24/7 Daily Basis due to Knee Replacement on left knee followed by 4 more surgeries in 2007 resulting in me walking with a gait for 12 years which ultimately led to severe hip and back pain! The device is out dated, grinds pops and causes my foot to not pick up. Therefore over the past 5 years I have fallen around 25 times injuring my back and hips. I had an MRI and a Nerve Conduction Test resulting with a diagnosis of Spinal Stenosis collapsed Disc crushing on nerves also causing so much pain that I have to sit straight up to sleep, when I sleep! I'm due to have a knee revision in 2 weeks followed by a Laminectomy on my L456 and 7 due to 2 Herniated Disc, and 2 Bulging Disc. This followed not only pain there which takes my breath away just to get out of bed or a chair, I have severe pain radiating from my right hip traveling down into my groin all the way down my right leg! Along with all that I have been diagnosed with damaging Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis which just as you said at one of your lowest points in your life,"I just want to pull the covers over my head and stay in bed!" Well that is exactly where I am at today! But if you can believe this, that even causes severe pain if I stay in it too long! Yes, I have had thoughts too of just ending it all because I cannot do my gardening, walk more than 10 minutes, sit in a movie theater without having to stand up and leave, ride in a car causing me to have missed 3 vacations with my family etc. There was just something about the fact that not only did you write this Amazing Book! You also took the time to narrate which absolutely Hooked me Line and Sinker! My husband of 27 wonderful years who never smoked nor drank a day in his life was diagnosed with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Failure due to High Blood Pressure which was controlled but Hereditary but Hereditary is now on Dialysis 3xs a week and I have needed something, anything to enter into my life to, well let's just say,"Fix It!" So not having had the time to read in quite awhile which have always been either True Crime or Fiction. Ex: Stephen King, Anne Rice to James Patterson. And I can honestly say not one of them would take the time of day, much less answer questions at the end of their books as you have so solemnly did which also now makes me your #1 Fan! My Beautiful 25 year old daughter Kellee, my precious 2 year old Grandson Jedidiah, whom I've not been able to pick up since he was born due to my back pain, and his Daddy Caleb, Kellee's wonderful husband is in the Marines Stationed in Oahu, Hawaii for the next 3 years which has really taken a toll on my husband Richard, and of course as her Mother and a Mi Maw, it has not only physically taken a toll on me too, but also has been mentally challenging due to a combination of so many changes so fast. They moved in April of this year one month after Richard was diagnosed with kidney failure. My life has taken a 360° turn. Richard pampered me, spoiled me by taking care of 99.9% of everything, and I mean everything from paying all the Bills to bringing coffee & breakfast in bed before I could even go to the bathroom. lol. But in the long run it actually made me way too dependent losing my identity, forgetting how to be independent and doing for myself. With my Daughter so far away I feel lost! I'm like my Grandson just like the day at 8 months taking his first baby steps having to relearn everything from how to Pay Bills to even Cooking because he did it all, even down to grocery shopping. So for whatever reason it was? Call it Karma, God's Intervention, or just the fact I A m, now I can actually say, Thanks to you and the Absolutely Riveting Writing and Awesome Time you Took Out, no let's say, Put In, in your Life, Was at the End of Rope and you Whispered in my ear, Hang On! Thanks to you I woke up for the 1st time in 27 years at 7:00 am. Usual time having been when my husband would never awake me before 9:00 am with coffee in 1 hand and a breakfast tray in the other. Poor baby is lucky if he can stay awake after Dialysis more than 6 hours. Then in the day he does not have dialysis he so weak it just breaks my heart! It is now my turn to return all he has done, which is so very much, and take care of him just as he took wonderful care of me! Yes, chronic pain and all I was up at 7 Coffee cooking, cooked breakfast for Richard, and the very 1st thing I did I reached into the fridge grabbed a Granny Apple, and I sat at the breakfast table for the very 1st time since we built our Log Home in 2010. No sitting on the couch. eating watching tv! I cleaned the toxins off my Apple just as you consistently made clear if non-organic. But I actually have always scrubbed all and anything that pertained to produce. Getting back to my Granny Apple🍏 after quartering into slices, I actually do not think I EVER ENJOYED an Apple in my entire life as much as I did with this one Apple singing,"Happy Birthday." all the way to the end while chewing! You are absolutely a complete Enigma to me, but also after all you too have been through since the age of 17, sadly could not complete your dream of being a Veterinarian and struggled with dyslexia, autoimmune disease and much more, you did....It! Answered my question to myself! I can too! You pushed through the prison bars of sickness, broke free! Became a Mother raising 5 children, an Equestrian on top of that. You should have been The Horse Whisperer if you know what I mean, and along with all that found time to finish College in the field of Agriculture and now writing Best Sellers! Bravo to you! And thank you for the most Inspirational Book I have had the Honor to listen to and learn so much! Today and for the rest of my life I will Love and Appreciate All that I put into my body! Just as Our Lord Jesus Christ My Saviour said in 1 Corinthians 3: 16-17 Don't you know that you yourselves are God's Temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? If anyone destroys temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred and you are that temple. God Bless You Always Hayley. VERY DISAPPOINTING
so... I'm not sure if this book would be beneficial for someone who didn't eat healthy already... But... as I'm already a hippie... I got virtually nothing out of this book...
all the way through Chapter 4 the author essentially just says "if you eat healthy food... you'll feel better!"
I knew that already... I was hoping for a little more eating philosophy... than just a list of healthy food...
the author also said "wild caught salmon is better for you than Bologna"... WELL YEAH... If you can afford it...
the author sets a meal plan... that I would qualify as WHITE PEOPLE food...
for breakfast I didn't have an egg white omelet... I had a Thai curry that had beets in it.
which... is both healthy AND interesting!
I would qualify this as a health food book. as apposed to a nutritional guide (which I was hoping it would be.
the author also says "if you eat the food that I have listed you'll be healthier," and where I'm sure thats true... it's also just a list to follow...
