So great and filled with useful info

Bought this book for my mom as she has hypothyroidism and it really breaks it all down in such a little book. Great book overall and its more for the beginners who don't really know too much about thyroidism.

Definitely worth the listen

This book was very helpful in understanding how fasting works. I like that I was able to quickly get what I needed from it. I enjoyed listening to it and the message resonated with me. The book is well-Explain and has a good explanation and recipes. I recommend it.

Absolutely Fabulous

This is a complete guide to what you will need to start making critical changes to the way you eat! The authors make what could be challenging for most of us completely doable. They lay out a simple to follow plan including tips for how to prepare for change. Another plus is that most of the recipes contain less than eight ingredients. So happy I bought this book
