There are a few glaring errors as well. I don't think it makes water alkaline when you add lemon juice; I don't think tomato can truly be said to be oil soluble, but I think we know what she means.
This is a good primer on a much current thought but is unaware or against the 5/2 diets that seem to work well for some. Like a lot of books in this genre, there are a lot of ideas lofted to the reader to see what can take hold, which is much better than the books that prescribe the one true way.
good summary of much current fitness thought

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
The narrator of this book does not use effective pauses. The chapters and ideas all ran together for me. I felt like I wanted to give her speech lessons. Slow down, emphasize breaks in chapters and ideas. Give the listener time to absorb the material.Would you be willing to try another one of Lily Chevaliet’s performances?
Not likely.Good info - not good narration
