A must read: this book changed my life
This book changed my life and I am so happy I found it! Ever since age 14 I've had irregular periods. I was prescribed the pill to regulate my cycle (and acne!) but never had a good experience with synthetic hormones. A few months ago I felt so out of control with my hormones. I threw all my pills away and decided to find out if there was a natural option for me. Turns out, there was! Enter: Nicole Jardim's Fix Your Period. I feel so empowered after reading her book and completing her program. I feel great, too! Everyone with female sex organs needs to read this book. We don't have to fall prey to a male-dominated medical industry that worships pharmaceuticals.

Everyone with a uterus should read this book
I wish I could scream from the rooftops to let everyone know they should read this book. Our sex education is severely lacking. And women’s bodies are magical. Even if you don’t think you have any issues to fix, read it for education. That’s what I did, and I’m so glad I did! If this shows up in my husband’s name, it was his wife who read the book. :)

This is a must for Women's Health!
This is far beyond fixing your period, it is a holistic, scientific and comprehensive guide to your unique body. I feel so much more empowered and informed about my body and what it's telling me. It has helped me to become a true advocate for my own health. Thank you!

Wealth of information
I read this book to get my hormones back on track after getting my IUD removed. It really helped me understand my hormones on a whole new level and make sense of the symptoms I was experiencing. The super sciencey parts were sometimes hard to get through but I can see how useful that information would be to someone who needs the fine details in order to restore health. I do feel very empowered by all the new habits I’ve put into action. My main symptoms of hair loss, period cramping and mood fluctuations have pretty much resolved. Also my digestion and sleep are so much better! Thank you Nicole!
